Melanoma skin cancer is the most serious type of skin cancer. It begins in skin cells called melanocytes. The following information can be used to educate on skin cancer natural treatments.
Melanocytes are the cells that make melanin, the cells that provide color to the skin. Melanin also protects the deeper layers of the skin from the sun's harmful ultraviolet (UV) rays.
Sun tan is when you spend time in the sunlight, and the melanocytes make more melanin and cause the skin to tan. If the skin receives too much ultraviolet light, the melanocytes may begin to grow abnormally and become cancerous. This condition is called melanoma.
The first sign of melanoma is often a change in the size, shape, or color of a mole. But melanoma can also appear on the body as a new mole.
Melanoma is a serious and sometimes life-threatening cancer. If melanoma is found and treated in its early stages, the chances of recovery are very good. Growths that go from flat to raised are more dangerous and life threatening, indicating that the growth has spread underneath the skin. If it is not found early, melanoma can grow deeper into the skin and spread to other parts of the body. This spread is called metastasis.
Once melanoma has spread to other parts of the body beyond the skin, it is difficult to treat.
Surgery is the first treatment for all stages of melanoma (IA through IV). The tumor is removed entirely, along with some surrounding tissue (usually about ¾ of an inch all around). The surgery may be done by a dermatologist or a surgeon, and it sometimes happens as part of the diagnosis process. In some cases, a skin graft may be needed to replace skin that has been removed.
If the melanoma has spread to the nearby lymph nodes, the affected lymph nodes may also be removed surgically.
For the cases that I have seen, the cancerous growth, during and after treatment goes through a great deal of changes, bleeding, draining, itching, darkening, and changing shape, ending up, actually raising up to the surface of the skin, where it can be lifted off, much like a scab with tentacles. This natural treatment can also be used as an additional treatment along with chemotherapy after surgery - these treatments can be beneficial alone, or with traditional methods.
Take Paw-Paw Cell Reg (4 per day with a meal) internally for 1 month plus the topical application of geranium oil and tea tree oil (See below for recipe) twice a day.
The acetogenins in paw paw inhibit the production of ATP in the mitochondria of cells. Since cancer cells have a much faster metabolic rate than normal cells, this induces cancer cells to self- destruct. Research demonstrates that paw paw extract is more effective than many chemotherapy drugs at destroying caner cells and is yet completely non-toxic. Paw paw was shown to reduce tumor markers and tumor sizes usually within 1-4 weeks with virtually no side effects.
For more impact, add Immune Stimulator and Protease Plus Enzymes.
Geranium/Tea Tree Essential Oil:
Apply tea tree oil directly to the cancerous lesions followed by one drop of geranium oil (7 drops of geranium oil in 1/2 oz. of massage oil--this amount lasts for about 2 weeks). Massage into the skin. Follow with Vitamin E with selenium--pierce a capsule and apply with finger.
Also include Pau D'Arco tea daily
Also NOTE: Sugar feeds cancer cells and provides energy to the cancerous cells to continue growing. Your goal here is to starve the cancer cells of ALL energy and allow them to burn themselves out. Eliminate ALL sugar from your diets, including white flour, pastas and rice. This is not a lifetime diet, only until the cancer has been eliminated, and for a conservative period afterward. If you NEED sweeteners, please do not use the carcinogenic sweeteners like in the packets. Please consider Stevia, which is not a sugar at all, but a sweet leaf. You can get this in liquid or powder forms.
Stevia is also available from Nature's Sunshine
